In this role you support the Marketing team to maximize ROI by growing the local client base and coordinating CRM-driven activities. You will manage clienteling in boutique, analyze the customer database, and ensure accurate data while driving targeted campaigns. Collaborating with HQ, you help deliver high-end service and nurture client relationships to boost retention and recruitment in Milan.

- Ensure accuracy of the client database
- Coordinate follow-ups and clienteling hours with the team
- Develop targeted lists and manage in-store call campaigns; track attendance and follow-ups
- Organize and monitor OTO campaigns in-store
- Target clients, manage invitation processes, and evaluate ROI for HQ treatments; support local initiatives
- Oversee gifts stock and coordinate gifting actions for local celebrations




- Support the team in delivering premium in-store service (VIP room experience)
- Develop and retain partnerships to assist with recruitment
- Share weekly local client figures and monthly dashboards (Client Dev; Diorly)
- Collaborate with Marketing HQ on clienteling tasks and activities in boutique
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Good stress management and ability to work under pressure
- Teamworking and ability to build strong, trusting relationships
- High customer focus with the ability to anticipate needs
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization
