The engineer will act as a first responder in production environments, driving rapid issue resolution and ensuring system readiness for vehicle integration. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDebug and triage embedded software issues in Plant, VHIL, and Production setups. /li liTravel as required to production plants, test facilities to support on-site issue resolution. /li liSupport system bring-up and troubleshooting of bootloaders, AUTOSAR OS, HWIO, COM, DCM, MEM stacks. /li liAutomotive Ethernet and SOME-IP. /li liSupport diagnostic flashing processes (UDS-based flashing, DoIP-based flashing, plant reprogramming workflows). /li liCollaborate with FOTA teams to debug Firmware Over-The-Air update mechanisms, including campaign execution, partial updates,



and rollback handling. /li liDevelop and maintain tools/scripts for log capture, automated debugging, and flashing workflows. /li liEnsure comprehensive diagnostic coverage (UDS, DoIP, SOME/IP, OBD-II) and plant readiness. /li liCollaborate with Base SW, Integration, Cockpit Infotainment, Connectivity, and Plant teams for root-cause analysis and resolution. /li liDocument and share root causes, workarounds, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering field /li li5+ years of experience working in embedded software development with C and/or C++ /li liAbility to work collaboratively and technically lead a diverse team which is distributed globally. /li liExcellent knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR concepts, architecture, and specifications /li liExperience configuring and integrating AUTOSAR basic software stack including OS, COM, DIAG, MEM. /li liExperience with configuring MCAL, developing I/O Hardware Abstraction and ability to interpret hardware schematic /li liExperience with Multicore architecture and Functional Safety concepts /li liExperience with Cybersecurity concepts, configuration of HSM and implementation of message authentication /li liExperience with Compilers, Emulators, Debuggers, and other software development tools /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster of Science degree from an ABET accredited university /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 pC/C++ Embedded software development,Classic AUTOSAR,OS,COM,DIAG,MEM /p h3Supported Skills /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
