Who You Are - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in project or lead engineering within HVDC, power systems, or high‑voltage transmission. - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects. - Excellent communication skills and customer‑facing experience. - Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). - Strong problem‑solving and leadership skills with a proactive approach.
