About the Role

Italy Pass Tours is looking for a creative, proactive, and highly active Social Media Marketing Specialist to take full responsibility for our social media presence and help grow the brand online.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can develop marketing strategies, create content, post consistently, and actively promote our tours and brand across social media.

Responsibilities

- Create and post engaging content on a daily basis across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, leads, and tour bookings.
- Find new content opportunities, follow trends, and create content around Italy, travel, destinations, and our tours.
- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, and short-form videos.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera, joining tours, and creating face-to-camera videos, vlogs, and real-time tour content.
- Manage the social media content calendar and maintain consistent posting.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement,



and audience feedback.
- Track social media performance and continuously improve the strategy based on results.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and new content formats.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Content Creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of short-form video and social media trends.
- Confident and comfortable being on camera.
- Good video shooting and basic editing skills.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive personality.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of social media.
- Passion for travel and tourism is a strong advantage.

Most Important

We are looking for someone who actively thinks about how to promote Italy Pass Tours every day, not someone who simply waits for content and posts it.

You should be able to come up with ideas, create content, get involved in tours, appear in videos, follow trends, and continuously find new ways to grow the brand and generate bookings through social media.
