EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree with excellent grades in Economics/Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields, or an equivalent master’s degree
- Strong knowledge of the functioning and dynamics of financial markets, as well as of the main investment instruments and associated risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/VBA and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of major financial data providers (LSEG, Bloomberg, etc.)
- Previous academic studies or short-term work experience in financial management within the pension fund and/or insurance sectors will be considered a plus
