pricing competitiveness, and long term collaboration. **Procurement Strategy**: Design and implement procurement processes that improve operational efficiency, supplier reliability, and cost management across multiple business units. **Supplier Performance Oversight**: Monitor supplier performance metrics, resolve escalations, and establish continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence. **Cross Functional Leadership**: Work closely with finance, logistics, operations, and executive leadership teams to align procurement activities with overall company objectives. **Risk and Compliance Management**: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and international trade requirements while minimizing operational risks. **Market Analysis**: Track industry trends, supplier market conditions, and pricing developments to identify sourcing opportunities and maintain competitive procurement practices. **What We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain operations with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. **Leadership Skills**: Strong experience leading procurement initiatives, supplier negotiations, and cross functional operational projects within fast paced business environments. **Commercial Knowledge**: Deep understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiations, and operational cost optimization. **Communication Skills**: Italian and English professional communication skills are required for supplier coordination, negotiations, and international business operations. **Mindset**: You are analytical, commercially aware, and highly organized.
