YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- Plan and govern the entire migration lifecycle, from gap analysis and assessment through go-live and post-migration stabilization.
- Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment and execution according to agreed plans.
- Organize and lead regular project governance meetings and status updates.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and lessons learned.
- Define quality criteria and acceptance requirements, coordinating testing, validation,



and post-migration verification to ensure service continuity and minimal disruption for end users.
- Support Customer Delivery and Success activities for enterprise customers when required, collaborating with customers, partners, and vendors on customized solutions.

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

Hard Skills

- Proven experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, Customer Success, or Software/SaaS Migration projects.
- Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, and tracking tools.
- Understanding of software migrations, data migration processes, integrations, and service continuity requirements.
- Experience working in enterprise or multi-product environments.
- Ability to coordinate teams without direct hierarchical authority.

Preferred Knowledge In:

- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
- Basic technical understanding of REST APIs and integration architectures, including hands-on use of Postman for API testing and integration activities.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and digital solutions.
- Fluent in Italian & English is mandatory, French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strong ability to interact with different business functions and senior management.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong focus on delivery quality and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

- Employment Classification: Employee level C3 under the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria
- Fixed Salary (RAL): €35.000 – €40.000 gross per year, depending on the assessed level of autonomy and responsibility
- Meal vouchers: €7 for each day worked on-site
