Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media platforms, and supporting the optimization of online marketing activities.

The role also involves collecting and analyzing performance data using web analytics tools, preparing reports,



and suggesting improvements to campaigns. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing and design team members, contribute ideas in team meetings, and support ad hoc projects related to digital and e‑commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in campaign planning and execution.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and present insights.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Rome and managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Curiosity about AI-driven marketing solutions and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
