Lavazza Group is seeking an Open Innovation Packaging Specialist to join the Packaging Innovation Team within our Global R&D; Department. The role bridges Lavazza’s internal R&D; with the external innovation ecosystem to accelerate next-generation, sustainable packaging solutions.
You will scout, evaluate and integrate external materials and startups, and lead PoC projects while aligning with brand identity and regulatory requirements.
