General Description of the Role
In the Technology & Services organization, the Data & Analytics Team is a strategic central hub to enable data centricity and data-driven decisions by transforming data into actionable and reliable insights to support business strategy and performance. The Data & Analytics team works closely with business departments and the technical team to manage the data lifecycle, as well as to design and deliver analytical solutions aimed at enabling more effective business decisions,



improving performance and creating a competitive advantage by transforming data into actionable insights.
The team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools.
The team also supports business stakeholders in defining the data strategy to identify the key use cases that deliver value to the company, in line with strategic objectives and business needs.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Data Governance and ControlLead and embed data governance practices for core finance and support functions domains.
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in line with functions strategy.
Act as a champion for trusted, consistent, and harmonized data and KPIs across global, regional, and local markets.
Drive data quality controls for critical finance metrics used in performance
