We are urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Designer to join an Electrical and Special Systems Division in Florence.

Mandatory language requirement: Professional fluency in Italian

Candidates must be able to communicate confidently and work with technical documentation in Italian. Applications without professional-level Italian cannot be considered.

Main responsibilities:
- Design and sizing of MV and LV electrical networks
- Design of MV/LV transformer substations
- Lighting calculations and verification
- Preparation of plant layouts
- Development of single-line and multi-line diagrams for power and automation systems
- Preparation of technical reports, specifications and bills of quantities
- Preparation of RFQs for external suppliers
- Site inspections and field surveys

Required profile:




- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field
- At least 3–4 years of experience in electrical design within an engineering or consultancy company
- Experience in industrial, chemical or mechanical projects
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel within Italy and internationally
- Based near Florence or willing to relocate

What is offered:

40 hours per week

Annual compensation package of €50,000
