CMC CAPITAL LIMITED - we are seeking interns to join our growing team in Milan by working across a variety of sub-sectors and playing an integral part on live mandates from an execution perspective, paired with client exposure.
Our interns are involved in the entire M&A; process from origination to closing, including, inter alia, origination, modelling and valuation, diligence, financing and documentation.
You will be working alongside the senior Partners and professionals participating in client transactions, projects and assignments as a junior member of the team.
Your main tasks will include:
• Assisting in the building of complex financial models for valuation purposes
• Conducting economic/financial research
• Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials




• Assisting in the execution of mandated deals
• Gathering public information through numerous sources
• Assisting in the building company forecast models
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines.
Fluency in English and Italian is essential as well as an outstanding record of academic achievement and a passion for finance.
Some previous experience within Investment Banking, ideally M&A; aligned, would be an advantage.
