This role in summary
Join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team at Beko Europe to build and structure the End User Device inventory (laptops, phones, printers, monitors) across 20+ legal entities in Europe, including leasing and mobile service contracts. You will design the governance process behind this data, create dashboards for management reporting, and help shape an AI-driven program that automates data maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include
Conducting a full inventory of End User Devices across all European legal entities
Mapping and consolidating device leasing contracts and mobile service contracts
Designing the business process for ongoing device data governance
Identifying local data owners in each country and coordinating with them to keep data accurate
Creating process documentation and delivering training to local owners
Coordinating the development of a data management program with the internal AI team, from design to prototyping and testing
Building dashboards and visual reports to track device inventory and contract status




Supporting executive presentations and status reporting on the project

Minimum requirements
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related discipline, with an active university internship agreement
Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily work in a multicultural, pan-European environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
