1. Position Title: SHEQ Representative at the Plant

2. Purpose of the Position:
- Maintain and continuously improve quality standards.
- Reduce accident rates and improve workplace safety.
- Support FSSC and energy-related processes.

3. Responsibilities (Summary):
HEALTH & SAFETY:
- Support safety officer with risk assessments.
- Organize regular safety audits.
- Participate in safety committee meetings.
- Organize medical check-ups.
- Conduct annual safety training.

ENVIRONMENT:
- Prepare ISO 14001/50001 audits.
- Check legal and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and evaluate environmental aspects.
- Prepare management review.

QUALITY:
- Prepare and conduct ISO 9001 audits.
- Inspect incoming materials for compliance.
- Approve production setups.
- Inspect ongoing production and document results.
- Block nonconforming products and assist in corrective actions.
- Track and analyze quality deviations.
- Create and release inspection documents.
- Perform capability studies (machines/products).




- Maintain measuring and testing equipment.
- Train quality inspectors.
- Prepare and support BAM audits.
- Train employees on quality standards.

FOOD SAFETY:
- Conduct and prepare food audits.
- Support implementation of food safety standards.
- Train employees in food safety.
- Lead HACCP team.
- Monitor hygiene standards.

GENERAL:
- Inform the SHEQ SBU about SHEQ activities, deviations, measures, and significant events.

Requirements:
- Preferably training in quality (e.g., QM auditor).
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in safety, environmental protection, and quality.
- Knowledge of management systems ISO 9001/14001/50001/FSSC.
- Experience dealing with authorities.
- English skills (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00 - €40,000.00 per year
