Our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company with branches in 25 European countries, is currently seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist (licensed or non-licensed) to join its office in Milan.. The company has been providing freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance services since the 1960s and continues to maintain a stable position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of customs documentation and accurate data entry into internal systems
- Collecting and processing information from transport documents required for customs procedures
- Monitoring and retrieval of customs documentation
- Ensuring timely customs clearance of goods in compliance with applicable customs regulations
- Liaising with customs authorities and preparing customs declarations
- Communicating with customers and carriers

Requirements:




- Completed secondary education
- Previous experience as a customs clearance declarant (essential)
- Proficiency in PC use, including MS Office
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Italian
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
