How does your working day look like
- At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic: you’ll join the Front Office becoming part of a team
- You’ll always keep your cool - even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
- You’ll get everything ready for the shift
- You will help the Front Office in the management of groups
- You will follow a complete checklist and try to learn all the tasks
