YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Learning and Development Intern (stagiaire)to join our Learning and Development (L&D;) team in our site in Catania.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and Learning & Development by supporting the organization and implementation of training initiatives.
As part of the People Services team, you will collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful learning experiences for employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Event Coordination: Support the planning, organization, and support the execution of training programs and learning events.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, send invitations, and assist with surveys and results analysis.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the logístical preparation of training sessions, including classroom setup and materials.
- Training Records Maintenance: Monitor and maintain accurate records of training hours for all programs managed by the L&D; team.
