We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer who wants to grow with us
— and who isn't afraid to move to the mountains to do it.
Based in Bolzano, South Tyrol (one of Europe's most stunning alpine regions),
this mid-level role sits at the intersection of paid media, SEO, and analytics.
You'll drive customer acquisition for our emerging brands — Wild Country,
LaMunt, Evolv, and Blackroll — and lead performance initiatives in
high-potential markets including the United States and Poland.
You'll work closely with external agencies, internal brand teams, and




international stakeholders across a fast-moving, multi-brand digital commerce
environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

* Own and coordinate paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
affiliate channels — from briefing agencies through to daily performance
monitoring
* Analyze campaign data daily: spot trends, flag anomalies, identify growth
opportunities, and act on them
* Drive acquisition KPIs — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate — with a clear
focus on measurable outcomes
* Support SEO performance across emerging markets: technical and on-page
optimization, keyword research, SERP monitoring, and agency collaboration
* Manage affiliate marketing activities to support revenue and new customer
acquisition
* Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
for internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with brand, content, CRM, and creative teams on asset
development, ad testing, and
