In this European leadership role, you drive channel growth, partner networks, and strategic business development for Gilbarco Veeder-Root across Europe. You’ll lead distributor, partner, and OEM initiatives to expand revenue and market reach, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth. The position offers high visibility and strategic influence across multiple markets, with a strong focus on channel governance and commercial execution. You will shape GTM approaches and support new solutions entering the market.
- Develop and implement European channel strategy
- Drive distributor and partner performance and optimise channel coverage
- Identify new routes-to-market and growth opportunities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, including OEM relationships and indirect channels
- Ensure channel governance and commercial compliance
- Support introduction of new products/solutions
- Own revenue-related business units in aftermarket, non-retail segments, and strategic growth initiatives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning sales, marketing,



operations and commercial functions
- Coordinate complex commercial projects and remove growth barriers
- Influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries
- Proven track record of channel-driven commercial growth
- Experience developing and implementing channel strategies
- Leadership responsibility for managers and senior commercial teams
- Ownership of meaningful revenue targets and commercial performance
- Experience introducing new products, services, or go-to-market approaches
- Strong stakeholder management in regional and cross-functional settings
