As UA/Growth Manager at Billdu, you will drive user growth for mobile apps across paid and organic channels. You’ll optimize campaigns in multiple markets, improve ASO to lift organic installs, and analyze ROI to guide scale decisions. You’ll collaborate on performance creatives and explore new growth channels to profitably acquire Billdu customers. - Collaborate on the creation of performance creatives

- Experience managing UA campaigns for mobile apps or games
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with AI tools as a standard part of work
- Drive and proactive problem-solving attitude
