InPost is hiring a Customer BDE in Italy to blend customer success with business development. The role covers Rome or Milan with a hybrid setup (2 days in the office). You will nurture existing client relationships while identifying growth opportunities and contributing to revenue targets across products and services.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales, English at least B1, and strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across levels.
