YOUR TASKS:

* As a Senior Consultant you will support the leading local and international
insurance companies on different and challenges topics like: strategic plans,
conceptualization and implementation of new service models, improvement of
the products portfolio, re-design of the go-to-market strategy.
* You review strategies, develop alternatives and implement forward-looking
concepts.
* You analyze client needs and prepare your results in a structured, clear and
comprehensible manner.
* By taking on responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage you
contribute to the success of the project as well as your own.
* Aside from your project work, you also commit to zeb by providing speeches
and articles for example in recruiting or innovation management.

YOUR SKILLS:

* Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's degree or doctorate).
* After your degree you have gained 2-3 years of professional experience with a
consulting company focused on the insurance industry.




* You are analytically strong, possess excellent structuring skills and combine
strategic thinking with a high level of implementation expertise.
* In project teams, you are inquisitive, a team player, have a convincing
manner, act in a client-centric manner and think strategically and
creatively.
* You are fluent in English and Italian, other languages (preferably German)

COMPENSATION

Annual gross base salary: EUR 48,000 - 60,000 plus a performance-based premio of
up to 15% of the annual base salary, subject to the achievement of individual
and/or company performance objectives.
Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications and skills.
This position is governed by the provisions of the Contratto Collettivo
Nazionale del Terziario / Commercio (CCNL).
