Our Customer Success Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking for

Customer Service Specialist (Dutch/French/Danish Speaker) (f/m/d) (100%)

This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI).

Your Responsibilities:





Perform excellent & pro-active track of orders and managing processes that are needed for fulfillment stage
Ensure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds (reserved stock) are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders (e.g., CS, Sales, B&M;, Finance)
Ensure a clean Orderbook / Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively, ensure on time call-off’s (contracts), holds management (reserving of stock), follow up with Sales on time to deliver the holds, including tracking and maintenance of orders with the goal to deliver on time and in full according to set priorities
Help to resolve credit issues, minimize back orders, manage the remaining to zero through liaising with your counterparts within Finance and Sales
Fulfil all in- and outbound communication channels and drive pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs, including the according reflection in the CRM system; this might include Customer Order taking as well as Customer Complaint Man
