Develop and enhance Supply Chain Due Diligence and Responsible Business Practices offerings
Create and maintain assessment methodologies, audit protocols, tools, and guidance
Act as subject matter expert on due diligence regulations and responsible business practices
Support auditor qualification, training, and competence development
Lead or participate in audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, and gap analyses
Provide technical support for customer projects, proposals, and strategic accounts
Collaborate with sales on presentations, workshops, and business development
Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and customer needs
Work with cross-functional and international teams to ensure service excellence and portfolio growth
3-5 years in Supply Chain Due Diligence, Sustainability, ESG, Responsible Sourcing, Social Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Compliance
Experience conducting audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, or compliance reviews
Strong knowledge of supply chain due diligence frameworks and regulations (EUDR, EUBR, FLR, LkSG, CSDDD, OECD Due Diligence Guidance)
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skil
