- Demonstrate sales ability with upselling and cross-selling experience
- Analyze customer needs to define cross- and upsell plans
- Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Account Managers,



Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end-to-end processes
- Drive timely resolution of escalations with customers and internal teams
- Develop knowledge of industry trends through training and collaboration with software publishers
- Experience supporting sales teams to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships
- Strong time management and ability to handle tight deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building with clear verbal and written communication
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable to change
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian
