FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate/Specialist/Snr. Specialist within a newly formed European Global Trade Service department. The role focuses on driving quality, process improvements and customs clearance performance across IT, PL and PT scopes.
You will partner with operations, Planning, Compliance and Regulatory teams to align with quality objectives and standards, while leading initiatives that enhance service and efficiency in a dynamic logistics environment.
