The Quality Control Manager is part of the Group Quality Team and will oversee and ensure the consistent quality of water heating products manufactured across multiple production plants.

A significant portion of the role—especially in the first 12-18 months—requires intensive travel to manufacturing sites in Egypt and India to establish, stabilize, and audit quality processes in these 2 brand new production plants.

This position is highly hands‑on and involves extensive time on the shop floor, collaborating closely with local quality teams to enforce best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product excellence.

The QC manager in the assigned plant will report dotted line to this position.
