CRM & Loyalty East & West EU Manager
The role,
reporting to the EWE Marketing Senior Director, will be responsible to coordinate all the countries of the East & West EU Region, with the following main responsibilities:
- Coordinate all the activities aimed at increasing the installers customer base and sell-out volumes (promotions, activities with Service Centers,)
- Coordinate the countries’ promotional plan with local sales and marketing teams
- Cooperate with Trade Marketing managers to effectively work on trade activities (e.g. events, roadshows)
- Monitor sell-out KPIs and pre-sales KPIs cross country, leveraging systems/DB and supporting local teams to define improving areas and related actions
- Control the Loyalty programs, being the reference person for local needs and coordinating with ICT team
- Lead the Loyalty evolution (new program development and release) at EWE level
- Share best practices and lead the evolution towards a cons
