Who we are looking for

Intern Role Description

The intern will join the Marketing & Sales team and will be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to expand the company’s visibility and client base.
- Managing and updating the corporate website (WordPress/Wix) with a focus on lead generation and SEO optimization.
- Managing corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, X), developing B2B-oriented content and tracking engagement metrics.
- Creating and updating commercial presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
- Contributing to market research, competitor benchmarking, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Supporting the Sales team in preparing proposals,



client communications, and outreach activities.
- Using graphic design and AI-based tools to produce innovative marketing content.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (obtained or in progress) in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Knowledge of CMS (WordPress/Wix) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong communication and writing skills in Italian and/or English.
- Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing.

Plus (optional):
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) or marketing automation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, or paid advertising tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.

Duration

6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a fixed-term/permanent contract.
