FedEx is seeking an Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate / Specialist within a newly formed European Global Trade Service team. You will perform Root cause analysis, lead quality improvements, and work with customs clearance teams and Planning, Engineering, Compliance to boost service.
We value proactive thinkers with strong analytical skills, IT affinity, and excellent communication. A university degree is required, and professional PM certification is a plus.
