On behalf of an international company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, based in Europe. Ensure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B; reporting and analytics
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B; and Executive Leadership
Coordinate global Compensation & Benefits projects
Support the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business units




Contribute to the optimization of local incentive plans
Support the performance management cycle from a compensation perspective
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulations
5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within multinational and organizations.
~ Strong knowledge of HRIS systems
~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large international datasets. Fluent English required

Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year
