Ignite in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking customer support agent to be the primary contact for Italian clients, handling inquiries via chat, email, and phone, and documenting cases in the CRM. The role operates on a 24/7 shift pattern with full on-site presence in Lisbon.
Training is provided and relocation options may be available. Two compensation options exist: Local contract with housing self-arranged and relocation contract with provided housing and travel reimbursement after probation.
