The Role

In addition to the project management side, this role includes personal assistant / executive support duties for our CEO. These are small, varied administrative and organizational tasks that come up occasionally — nothing heavy or constant, just helpful support on an as-needed basis to keep things running smoothly in between different businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (main focus ~60-80% of time):
- Coordinate with designers and freelance artists: assign tasks, clarify requirements, follow up on progress
- Track timelines, milestones and deliverables across your 4-5 active projects
- Use straightforward tools to keep everything organized and aligned




- Occasionally source suitable freelance talent for specific project needs

Executive / Personal Assistant Support (secondary ~20-40% of time):
- Handle various small administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests from the CEO
- Assist with light organization, scheduling reminders, document prep, research, or follow-ups
- Support with general agency admin (file management, version control, archiving, basic data entry, etc.)
- Jump in on quick miscellaneous tasks that help keep the business moving (flexible and varied, but always low-volume)
