- Key Responsabilities- Classroom Teaching Responsibilities (80%)-
Establish engaging, inquiry-driven classroom environments aligned with the IB philosophy and the school’s mission-
Plan and deliver transdisciplinary units within the PYP framework-
Model and promote the IB Learner Profile attributes-
Assess and respond to student progress using a range of strategies-
Prepare lessons, assessments, and reports aligned with IB and school requirements-
Use the learning management system effectively-
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents-
Support students’ wellbeing and collaborate with Programme Heads and the School Counsellor when needed- Team Responsibilities (15%)-
Collaborate in unit planning, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary projects-
Share resources, expertise, and best practices with colleagues-




Engage in professional development related to IB pedagogy and current educational trends- School-wide Responsibilities (5%)-
Serve as a Homeroom Teacher-
Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture-

Experience and/or training in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) preferred-
Valid right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid work visa)-
Clean and satisfactory police background checks-
Excellent English proficiency (CEFR level C1-C2)- Experience-
Minimum of two years of recent and relevant teaching experience in a comparable international or IB school environment-
