About the role

We are looking for a person that is in charge of maintaining a comfortable work environment for the whole team.

- Work experience as an office manager from at least several months to 1 year preferrable

Main responsabilities
- Communication in Italian and English is a must
- Book tickets for business trips
- Maintaining the office in working order, timely ordering of water, coffee, stationery, antiseptics, and masks, other necessary.
- Interaction with service providers: mobile communications, taxi, etc.
- Control of courier dispatch
- Receiving incoming calls
- Visa documents preparation
- Meet guests
- Receipt of correspondence from the reception, make scans
- Translation of documents to English
- Assistance to managers

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Part-time
