OTL Solutions is seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Manager to lead Italian operations across Milan, Bologna and Rome. You will own the operational KPIs, drive service quality and profitability, and oversee multi-city teams including controllers, HR support and local operations staff.
You will manage the P&L; and budgets, represent the company in weekly client meetings, and collaborate with Finance, Fleet and IT to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
