Human Resources Information System Specialist
HRIS Specialist (EMEA)

Role Purpose
Support and coordinate the end-to-end HR systems,



and operational excellence agenda across EMEA. Acts as the central point of ownership for payroll vendor performance, HRIS integrity, and transformation initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors and supporting systems —ensuring scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS & Systems Leadership
- Own HR systems landscape for HMSHost International legacy countries (SuccessFactors, eTime, payroll integrations)
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and interface performance
- Lead system enhancements, releases, and implementations
- Provide technical oversight and Tier 2⁄3 issue resolution
- Partner with IT and vendors on system architecture

Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver payroll analytics, cost insights, and performance reporting
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting to HR, Finance, and leadership
- Support data-driven decision making across HR operations
