Survitec, the world’s leading survival technology company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine division in Genoa, Italy. This is a newly created role with a clear purpose: supporting our distributor network and helping ensure life‑saving equipment reaches those who need it most.
As a Customer Service Representative at Survitec, you won’t just process orders - you’ll be a trusted partner to our customers involved in the entire customer journey, from first quotation to after-sales support, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and solution-focused.
You’ll work daily in Italian and English, collaborate with international teams, and play a direct role in protecting lives across the Mediterranean and beyond.
Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.




Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth.
Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Staying up to date with industry trends through training and development opportunities.
Strong customer service experience and professional telephone manner (marine industry experience is a plus)
Confidence in handling complex, non-standard cases - we don’t use scripts, and we value creative problem‑solving
Fluency in Italian and English, spoken a
