When you join the Market Risk team in Milan , you are going to work on organizational and methodological issues within complex Risk Management projects following both regulatory and managerial goals for top-tier clients in the Financial Services sector.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- risk and scenario analysis on specific market risk areas or activities of the company;
- implementation and review of governance, reporting and mitigation models and processes for operational and reputational risks;
- scouting and creating business cases for the application of Artificial Intelligence for more effective management of non-financial risks;
- conducting stress test analysis from both managerial and regulatory perspectives.
Skills

This is the perfect opportunity for you if:
- master’s degree (obtained or in the process of obtaining) in Economics and Finance, Economics of Financial Markets and Intermediaries, Financial Risk Management during which you have had the opportunity to study Risk Management topics in depth;
- excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad;
- excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- knowledge of software and programming languages is considered a plus for candidates interested in more quantitative opportunities.
