Streamliner AI is an innovative digital growth agency that sells advanced commercial services and tech globally, builds commercial engines for high-end hospitality private venues in Italy.

This specific project regards a historic castle & borgo in Northern Italy with hotel, airbnb, spa, 2 restaurants, wine canteen, and event spaces — with huge untapped potential across Milan, Switzerland, international weddings, private events, sponsors, corporate off-sites, general hospitality, and family-office weekends. We are looking for a Head of Partnerships & Growth (Italy, remote-first — occasional on-site at the venue required).

What we’re building
I’m launching the commercial engine to relaunch the borgo and position the cellar as an invite-only club experience: partnerships, premium listings, planners, creatives, wealth / Family Offices relationships, and sold-out formats. This role can grow into Head of Marketing for the whole Streamliner hospitality vertical — and if volume justifies it, a small on-site team later.





What you will do
Own day-to-day ops of the commercial engine (add castle to top aggregator listings, CRM of platforms/partners, follow-ups).
Register and maintain the venue on global and high-end priority aggregators and partnership channels
Build and nurture relationships: wedding/destination planners, creative agencies, corporates, sponsors, family offices / wealth networks
Help shape short-term acquisition strategy (Milan–Switzerland first) and turn enquiries into deposits/contracts
Act as my operational + strategic right hand — ambitious, calm under pressure, detail-obsessed
