Reporting to the Global People Director, the Industrial People Partner supports the Industrial organization within Gucci, with a dedicated focus on the Shoe Business Unit as the main perimeter of responsibility. The role partners with business leaders and teams on people-related priorities across shoe manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial functions, contributing to the implementation of the People strategy while ensuring alignment with business needs, brand values, and a culture of excellence, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Within the Shoe Business Unit perimeter,



the role supports the development of a sustainable industrial workforce by contributing to talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and the consistent execution of core People processes in complex and dynamic environments.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Act as a reliable People partner for leaders and teams within the Shoe Business Unit on people, organizational, and employee-related matters.
Contribute to translating Shoe Business Unit priorities into HR and talent actions for industrial and manufacturing environments.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management activities in collaboration with senior People partners and business stakeholders.
Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and constructive employee relations climate, escalating complex matters when appropriate and working with legal and industrial relations stakeholders when required.
