Position
The ideal candidate will combine exceptional modern artistic sensibility with strong technical expertise, capable of translating creative visions into exquisite, high-end jewelry creations while closely supporting and following the development process in the ateliers with the others involved departments.
Job responsibilities
- Design exclusive High Jewelry collections and bespoke custom projects, in line the Maison's aesthetic codes (freehand sketches and high-aesthetic digital renderings)
- Create detailed hand sketches as well as precise digital 3D models using CAD software
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HJ designers
- Interact with the Paris ateliers in collaboration with relevant departments throughout the development process, ensuring design integrity from initial concept to final execution.
- Work dynamically between our Rome and Paris offices/ateliers, maintaining active alignment with product team, development and craftsmanship teams
- Support the Sourcing and selection of precious gemstones and materials/techniques
- Execute or actively support the development of both hand-painted and digital gouaches, in line with the Maison’s aesthetic
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in High Jewelry design, with 7 to 8 years preferred, demonstrating a consolidated level of seniority.
- Proficiency in both traditional hand-drawing/sketching and advanced CAD software for jewelry design.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to travel frequently.

Additional information
For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 60.000.
This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance. On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.
This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy".
