Role Description

The Porter is the first and last point of contact for guests at a Greyheath property, responsible for ensuring every arrival, departure and practical touchpoint is handled efficiently and warmly.

Key responsibilities

- Guest arrival, departure & assistance:



welcoming guests, handling luggage, repositioning vehicles and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
- Property presentation & upkeep: keeping common areas clean and presentable, supporting event setup/breakdown, and assisting housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Deliveries, logistics & security: managing deliveries and supplies, and supporting safety and security by staying alert and reporting anything unusual.

They escalate guest concerns or property issues to the Head Butler, and work closely with the Villa Manager, Assistant Villa Manager, and housekeeping/maintenance teams.

Salary Range

The salary range for the role is between RAL Euros 20,000 to Euros 24,000. The fixed term contract position is based on 40 hours per week.
