Through its global presence, distinctive industrial expertise, and strong focus on sustainability and innovation, the Group supports customers across numerous international markets. /p pThe Group is looking for an bFPA Specialist /b to join its Financial Planning Analysis team in Bergamo. /p pReporting directly to the Head of FPA, you will join a highly visible Group Finance team and contribute to the way financial performance is analysed, understood and communicated across the organisation. /p pThe role offers bdirect exposure to senior management and shareholders /b, as well as the opportunity to work closely with key business functions across an international industrial group undergoing an important transformation and growth phase. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes. /li liPrepare periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including performance commentary, KPIs and variance analysis. /li liAnalyse purchasing and material costs, monitoring raw material price developments and their impact on margins and forecasts. /li liSupport monthly closing and analyse actual performance versus budget and forecast. /li liDevelop financial analyses and management reporting to support business decision‑making. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of FPA tools, reporting standards and cost transparency. /li liWork closely with Procurement, Operations, Group Finance and other business functions. /li liSupport ad-hoc analyses, business cases and post-merger integration activities. /li /ul h3Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
