This role ensures continuity across Budget, Pipeline, and LRP cycles as the backup to the Manager (Revenue), while owning the team#39;s analytics tools, data models, dashboards, and reporting. It also drives AI and automation initiatives, helping deliver an end-to-end view of the commercial PL with greater transparency, rigor, and actionable insights. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongCommercial Tools Methods /strong /pulliDesign, develop, and maintain reporting and dashboards in SAP (analytics / SAC) and Power BI. /liliOwn data modeling, flow automation, and data-quality governance across source systems. /liliDefine and standardize BI methods — metric definitions, calculation logic, and self-service standards — so analyses are consistent and reusable across the team. /liliContinuously evolve the BI toolset to improve visibility, self-service, and decision speed. /li /ulpstrongAnalytics Domains Supported /strong /pulliAnalyze the cost structure (direct materials, direct labor, overhead, capacity and absorption) at product, platform, customer, and business-unit level. /liliPerform standard-vs-actual and variance analysis, distinguishing structural cost drivers from temporary or phasing effects. /liliBuild cost analyses and deep dives that support pricing, mix, and cost-recovery decisions. /liliReconcile cost data with the commercial figures owned by the Revenue side of the team to ensure a single, coherent PL view.



/li /ulpstrongDomain Knowledge — Production Contractual Schemes /strong /pulliIntermediate knowledge of industrial production processes (formulation, filling, assembly, packaging typical of contract manufacturing) in order to interpret cost data correctly. /liliOperational understanding of the contractual schemes underpinning production: contract-manufacturing / third-party agreements, cost-plus, raw-material pass-through and indexation, tolling, minimum volumes, recovery and pricing clauses. /liliTranslate contractual mechanics into their cost and PL implications. /li /ulpstrongSupport to CPI Processes Stakeholders /strong /pulliSupport recurring planning cycles (budget, forecast, LRP) on the cost dimension; provide analyses and ad-hoc. /liliContribute to the standardization and scalability of CPI methodologies and deliverables. /li /ulpstrongBackup Coverage (Revenue Pipeline) /strong /pulliBe trained and serve as structured backup to the team across the recurring budget, pipeline, and performance cycles, ensuring no business-critical activity is single-threaded. /liliCover Budget Units, Budget and Pipeline Sanity Checks, and month-over-month lost-volume tracking during peak cycles or absences. /liliMaintain working proficiency in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and support LRP tracking alongside the Revenue counterpart. /li /ulpstrongAI Adoption Automation /strong /pulliPilot AI/ML approaches variance detection and cost-anomaly flagging on the cost base. /liliDrive use of SAC and Power BI copilots and reusable automation to increase self-service and decision speed.



/liliEstablish lightweight governance so automation stays consistent with the team#39;s shared data model. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliFluency in English is a prerequisite /liliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Finance, Statistics or related fields. /lili4+ years of experience in Commercial, data modeling, commercial analytics, or controlling / cost accounting — preferably in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or CPG contexts (ideally contract manufacturing / third-party production). /liliStrong command of Power BI and SAP analytics (SAC; CO modules a plus); advanced Excel; solid data-modeling fundamentals, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in a planning context as a plus /liliHands-on experience designing dashboards, data models, and reusable BI / reporting standards. /liliStrong organizational navigation; moves comfortably across functions and levels, builds relationships, and secures information and alignment without direct hierarchical authority. /liliHigh analytical precision and attention to data correctness and its accurate representation. /liliClear communication: translating complex analyses into messages usable by management all stakeholders /liliAutonomy, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong inclination to collaborate with the Revenue counterpart on the team. /liliCurious, energetic and collaborative, with a fast-learner mindset and a natural drive to go beyond the obvious. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppemThe role is classified under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry (CCNL Industria Chimica).
