In this role, you will lead Zero Networks’ NA customer engineering team, driving technical success for major clients and ensuring successful product adoption. You’ll oversee complex implementations, mentor engineers, and act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, shaping how customers realize value from our security solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to maximize satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities. This position combines leadership, hands‑on technical leadership, and a focus on scalable processes to support growth.

- Lead and mentor the NA customer engineering team, focusing on coaching, career development, and performance management
- Oversee complex customer implementations, integrations, and solution architecture projects for North America
- Build and sustain relationships with key NA customer stakeholders as the primary technical contact
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Customer Success to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities in NA




- Develop and refine customer engineering processes, best practices, and documentation
- Monitor team capacity and allocate resources to balance client needs with team sustainability
- Provide technical leadership on complex customer problems and requirements
- Track and report metrics such as customer health, timelines, and satisfaction for NA account portfolio
- 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical xysqume role
- 3+ years leading technical teams
- Strong technical background with ability to grasp complex product functionality and customer architectures
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
- Experience with customer relationship management and stakeholder relationship building
- Strong problem‑solving skills in ambiguous situations
