Manufacturing, Construction and Commissioning activities. /liliHelp monitor the project critical path, schedule risks and key dependencies, escalating issues to the Project Planning Manager. /liliTrack project progress and update schedules against actual execution. /liliCoordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and Construction teams to collect progress data and align on priorities. /liliPrepare look-ahead schedules, milestone dashboards, planning reports and progress updates. /liliSupport regular planning and schedule review meetings with internal teams. /liliContribute to accurate schedule forecasting and performance analysis for project governance. /liliApply planning best practices and scheduling standards across project activities. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We're Looking For /strong /pulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline. /lili3–5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally within EPC, infrastructure, energy, industrial plants or capital projects. /liliExperience supporting the development and update of project schedules for multidisciplinary projects. /liliGood understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning workflows. /liliWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred) and/or Microsoft Project. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel; br / familiarity with Power BI is a plus. /liliStrong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. /liliGood communication and teamwork skills. /liliFluent English and Italian. /liliAvailability for occasional international travel. /li /ulpbr / /ppWe offer a base salary of €45.000 - €55.000 based on seniority + performance-based bonuses + SOP plans + amazing company benefits (welfare, carbon-free bonuses, relocation assistance etc). /ppbr / /p
