It is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional who understands manufacturing environments and can translate business strategy into effective organizational and people solutions. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrong~80% – Global Operations Business Partnering, Scaling an Efficient Organization /strong /pulliPartner with Operations and Sr Management on the optimization and integration of the global Operations organization, structure, and footprint (including over a dozen manufacturing plants worldwide, and global functional departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) /liliAnalyze workforce structures, resource requirements and personnel costs across plants and geographies. /liliDesign and maintain organizational blueprints for plants and operations, ensuring the right structures, roles and capabilities. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness. /liliSupport business cases and organizational change for insourcing/outsourcing, footprint changes, capacity expansion, restructuring and operational transformations. /liliDevelop benchmarks, KPIs and workforce analytics to support fact-based organizational decisions. Working closely with Finance and Controlling. /liliPartner with local HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of global organization and workforce initiatives. /li /ulpstrong~20% – Italy HQ HR /strong /pulliSupport Italian Sr.
management and the Italy HR Manager on industrial relations and selected high-impact activities (eg. Organizational and management performance improvement plans, organizational redesign opportunities), working closely with local HR and external advisors where required. /liliSupport mid- to senior-level management recruitment at Group management level, across Functions, from profile definition through selection and onboarding. /liliContribute to broader HR projects and initiatives at Group level. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongIdeal profile /strong /ppbr / /pulli5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments — ideally within process industries (pharma, food, chemicals) — with a strong understanding of manufacturing organizations, labor costs and operational workforce dynamics. /liliComfortable working with numbers, business cases, organizational data and cost analysis; br / experience with industrial relations. /liliFluent English; br / international experience highly desirable. /liliPragmatic, collaborative and comfortable in an international, evolving, uncertain environment — typical of a PE-backed portfolio company in a transformation phase. /liliBusiness-oriented and analytical, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills; br / equally effective in strategic thinking and hands-on execution. /liliCredible with senior leaders across both Operations and HR, able to influence decisions without direct authority. /liliAble to constructively challenge existing organizational models and operate effectively when data is incomplete and decisions must be made quickly. /li /ulpbr / /ppKey success measure: helping the business build a more effective, scalable and cost-efficient global Operations organization, while providing high-quality HR support to the Italian headquarters. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /ppstrongContract level /strong: Quadro /ppstrongSalary range: /strong RAL 60.000 – 65.000 € /ppstrongMBO /strong: company policy /p
