pA leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity with significant responsibility and scope to shape the firm’s European compliance framework. /ppbr / /ppThe role will take ownership of day-to-day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d’Italia. /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for: /pp• 10+ years’ EU asset management compliance experience /pp• Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs /pp• Experience across MiFID II, DORA, AML and cross-border passporting /pp• Professional fluency in English/Italian /pp• Confidence engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams /ppbr / /ppPlease get in touch for a confidential discussion. /p
