They will be involved in business requirements analysis, solution design, and project coordination activities, working closely with internal stakeholders, management, and external partners. /p pWe are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills, eager to contribute to the implementation of a modern, standardized ERP ecosystem and to support the growth of a newly established team within an international and dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and advise Würth Group companies in the implementation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. /li liAnalyze and optimize business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. /li liGather, evaluate, and translate business requirements into effective functional solutions. /li liPlan, coordinate, and manage national and international ERP projects. /li liFacilitate workshops, training sessions,
